THE LAKES ARE CLOSED TO FISHING FROM MARCH 15 - JUNE 15 2012 INCLUSIVE. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and look forward to seeing soon.

At Avon Tyrrell, we have two fully stocked lakes containing Mirror and Common Carp, Tench, Eels, Bream, Roach, Rudd and Perch.

Fishing is available fin a number of forms:

Season Ticket – Purchase a season ticket and fish the lakes day or night. Please note that Season Tickets are strictly limited and applications are taken and vetted.

Day Ticket – Available to buy from reception, they allow you to fish between 8.30am and 4pm.

Coached sessions – we have two fishing coaches on the staff team who are available to run fishing sessions for your group. Sessions last for a minimum of 3 hours and are done in groups of 4. 

Our Recommendations

You must have a Rod Licence to fish the Avon Tyrrell lakes

Alcohol is not permitted

Please note, activities do take place on the lake and have priority so no long casting – rules are available at reception.
