Our Lodges
Avon Tyrrell has eight Scandinavian style wooden lodges which can be used by groups and families throughout the year. Each lodge is self contained with a fully equipped kitchen. If you would like a BBQ with your lodge, please make sure you book one out when booking your self catering accommodation.
Avon Lodge is our biggest lodge, sleeping up to 14 in six twin bedded rooms and one en-suite twin bedded room. It has a large open plan living/meeting area making it an ideal venue to run residential courses and workshops from.
Black Firs is our newest lodge and comfortably sleeps up to 12. The lodge has modern fixtures and fitting throughout and includes an open plan living area. The lodge contains five bedrooms, four of which are twin bedded rooms and one of which is a four berth bunk room.
These identical lodges provide accommodation for up to 12. The lodges each contain two twin bedded rooms and two four berth bunk rooms, making them an ideal choice for small schools and youth groups.
Ytene, Ripley, Burley & Shirley
These smaller 6 berth lodges provide an ideal accommodation option for small groups and families.

Accessibility
All our lodges have been designed to be fully accessible, but we realise that each group will have their own individual requirements, for this reason we suggest that if your group has any mobility problems you contact our customer services team to discuss your requirements in more detail, or to arrange a site visit, so you are able to fully assess the accommodation for the suitability of your group.
Prices all include electricity and gas, so all you need to bring is the food and bed linen. All the major supermarkets deliver to us, so you don't even need to save space in the car/minibus for the food, simply order on line and it will be delivered to your door. If you are ordering online, please make sure that you choose a delivery slot for after you arrive.
All lodges have duvets and pillows, but you will need to bring your own bedding. However, subject to availability, we hire out bedding at £7.60 per set, which should be booked in advance with our customer services team.
