Aimed at groups of disadvantaged young people aged 14+ our multi-level two-night residential leadership programme focused on the key characteristics of good leadership, delivers a combination of outdoor activities and an ASDAN accredited Youth Achievement Award to develop young people skills.
By participating in our Releasing youth potential, building leaders programme, individuals will have the opportunity to:
-
develop their individual leadership skills, helping them be more confident to motivate and influence;
-
learn the art of building relationships, working together, defining identities and achieving tasks effectively.
Through learning about their own capacity for leadership, young people will be more receptive to change and have a larger stake in building themselves a brighter future, improving their opportunities and social mobility.
Due to generous funding given as part of our 'The Big Give' campaign we can offer 16 free places for groups of 8 young people and 2 leaders.
