Aimed at groups aged 12+, this scenario event is a combination of many of our most popular activities, culminating in a raft building or Pioneering grand finale.

This activity is cleverly designed and facilitated to encourage the benefits of collaboration and working together, although often, to begin with, participants assume it is a competition.

Areas that can be explored include; team operating systems, time & resource management, information handling, negotiation strategies and communication.  Teams play the role of company departments working independently towards the same objective.  The paths of these departments cross regularly and teams will find themselves working together towards a common solution, or working against each other in competition.

Reviews focus on identifying what actions or principles were successful and provide opportunities to improve practices.

Duration: Flexible although we recommend 6 hours+ for maximum benefit
