Guest Services Administrator

Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre is seeking an energetic Guest Services Administrator to join our friendly and welcoming Guest Services Team.

Responsible for selling Avon Tyrrell’s portfolio of programmes, accommodation and activities, your role in Guest Services will help maximise income and ensure all site visitors experiences meets and exceeds their expectations by providing a high level of customer care and support.

You will work in a small friendly team to support the guest journey from enquiry, to planning their programmes and looking after them during their visit.

Candidates should have a flexible can do attitude, have previous administration or customer services/sales experience and be able to deliver high levels of customer care to our broad portfolio of users. Full on the job training will be provided.

Salary: £18,000

Hours: Full Time
