Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated maintenance assistant to work within our busy maintenance department. Working in a friendly team you will be responsible for repairs, maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, estate and general fixtures and facilities.

Candidates should have a full driving licence, experience of working in a similar role and hold one or more specialist qualifications, e.g. in electrical work, plumbing or general building/grounds work.

Situated between Burley & Bransgore, Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre is a fantastic place to work. Candidates should be enthusiastic and able to deal with visitors in a polite and friendly manner, be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in all weathers and have a flexible approach to working hours, as some weekend work is required.

What we can offer you:

Salary: £18k-£19.5k DOE pro rata per annum.

Hours: Part Time or Full Time position available (please specify preference on application)
