School Day Visits to the New Forest
Reconnect outdoors with your students in a safe environment
Day visits can be equally as rewarding for young people as a full residential, providing new experiences for them away from the classroom and a new platform to develop. We have developed safe and COVID-19 secure one day programmes that we can run for various class sizes/bubbles, helping your students rebuild confidence, support group cohesions, improve communication and develop relationships between peers and teachers.
We will work with you to create the perfect package for your school, focusing on your aims and objectives for the day. We can offer catering, meeting rooms, adventurous activities and field studies, enabling us to tailor each visit to your outcomes.

With an extensive range of different activities available, all linked to the National Curriculum,we can make the perfect package for your students to ensure you get the most out of your day with us.
From challenging adventures climbing our tower, to problem solving and outdoor survival, there are a number of choices to ensure you meet you learning outcomes.

Our Roll out the Barrels Programme is an inter team competition where participants will use team skills like leadership, communication and planning to earn the most points. They will take part in a range of short activities before coming together for an auction to build their structure as they enter the final challenge.
Activities can include: Climbing, High Ropes, Adventure Course, MTB, Problem Solving, Archery and Low Ropes with either a Pioneering (dry) or Raft Building (wet) finish.
Please note: Due to timings, not all activities will run for each programme, so if you have a preference on certain activities, please lt us know and we can build these in.

In addition to full day trips, we can offer individual sessions for your students either as a one off activity or multiple activities across several weeks. This is a great option if you are working with smaller groups or young people that need a bit more support.

As you're only with us for the day, we have several break out areas for you to use as a base should you feel you need to. To discuss what we have available, please contact our Guest Services Team who will provide more information on availability.
To make sure you and your students are fuelled for the day, we can accommodate either a packed lunch or a hot cooked lunch during your visit.
We are able to cater for most dietary requirements and allergens are listed for each meal, so please speak to us prior to your visit to ensure we have the right menu choices for you.
Please Note: On the rare occasion we need to cancel a session due to bad weather, we will offer alternative sessions or provide a refund.
