At Avon Tyrrell we are really lucky to have so many great outdoor activities on site and it's a shame that these cannot be accessed at the moment. To help give you the opportunity to stay engaged with the outdoors, our incredible activity team have been busy adapting our activities so you can try them at home!

The Ordnance survey have some really great resources to help inspire you to get outside, but also some fun things to do on a rainy day.
As a Learning Outside the Classroom provider, we recommend looking through some of the great ideas and resources available on the LOtC website, helping to keep learning fun for young people whilst the schools are closed.
Hampshire County Council's HC3S are a great resource to help teach young people about healthier eating and even have some yummy recipes that you can try at home. There are so many different ways to learn outside of the classroom at the moment so check them out!

Each year we support Outdoor Classroom Day, encouraging teachers to take their students outside to learn in a different environment. They have some great resources available including; lesson ideas, materials and advice.
